As young as 18 years old Rafael Alves was an owner of a paintball business which was a very successful business in Brazil.
At the age 20, he was creating several events in his city of Minas Gerais – Brazil.
With 23, he opened his own advertising agency that specialised in billboards and helping businesses grow through the strategies of social media.
When he was 25 he arrived in London with the aim of opening a marketing agency called “Alves Marketing”
At the ago 28 years old, he got engaged with Hellen Grasso, and they launched a project called “Successful Player” which instructed young people on how to become a football player based on the story of the Arsenal player: Willian Borges.
Now the Agency has the name of “Business Network AM” and we provide the services of: Branding, Brands Connection, Career Management and Events, Bringing Dreams and Ideas to life.
